  This is by far the worst customer service by a pharmacy that I've ever experienced! When they send a text message that a prescription is ready and you show up to pick it up, plan on waiting at least another 30 minutes. The process in which prescriptions are worked is archaic! I was given a prescription by my clinician to be taken starting the day of pick up and when that finished (7 days) the second script was the same med to be taken every day for 30 days. Rite Aid processed the 1st script and cancelled the second as a duplicate! With the advent of computer systems and automation, these people seem to be ignoring the automation and trying to out think the computer. In some cases that call may be good! In their case and where medication is involved, let the computer do it's job, because the pharmacy staff is just down right dangerous! If there was a way I could give a negative star I would have. One star is one star too many!
